Q: How do you find the deeply discounted properties you’re sending me?
A: The deals you receive are sourced through refined and highly effective seller marketing campaigns. We’ve spent years and tens of thousands of dollars perfecting our acquisitions process. No one is better at locating, approaching, and closing sellers of distressed/under-performing properties than us!
Q: How are your off-market properties different from MLS properties?
A: The opportunities you’ll find on our site will never be on the MLS. Millions of Realtors and users of public platforms such as Zillow can access listed properties. This drastically drives up the price. In contrast, our deals are only available to our private network of investors. This allows you to buy properties well below their market value.
Q: How can I finance a property being purchased through Moirai Properties?
A: We can only accept offers being financed with cash, private money, or hard money. Conventional financing, FHA, or VA loans will not be considered.
Q: Do you work with realtors/other wholesalers?
A: Absolutely! Many of the deals we source and the buyers who purchase our deals are brought to us by other partners. We provide outstanding dispositions and transnational services for outside contract holders. You lock up the deal, and we’ll assign your contract, coordinate all aspects of the transaction, and YOU collect the check! Q: How often do you add new investment properties in Central and Northern to the site and VIP Buyers List?
A: We’re always sourcing new investment properties. New deals are available every week. If you’re on our preferred buyers’ list, you’ll receive email updates every time a new opportunity becomes available.
